How the questions were chosen
Candidates are the questions of the seven Daily BS Tests before the championship opens, from the previous Friday to Thursday. The 10 with the lowest share of correct answers among readers were frozen on Friday 2 October at 03:09 UTC, spread across stories and days. Questions answered fewer than five times were ranked by a house estimate for their type instead.
Scores count correct answers. Ties are broken by confidence calibration (a Brier score, as in the Daily BS Test), then by who filed first. The answers are in this page for anyone who goes looking, so the table runs on the honour system. It is for fun.
